PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna module the size and cost of which can be decreased by reducing the number of components. SOLUTION: The antenna module 1 is provided with: an antenna part 3 formed by providing the surface of a flexible substrate 2 with a loop antenna 4; an antenna circuit part 5 in which an inner part defined by a loop antenna 4 of the flexible substrate 2 is raised except a connection part 6 at one end, a flat part 8 whose front surface is provided with an interval to the rear surface of the flexible substrate 2 and projected in parallel is formed on the rear surface side of the flexible substrate 2, and an antenna circuit component 9 to be electrically connected to the loop antenna 4 via the connection part 6 is arranged on the rear surface of the flat part 8; and a magnetic sheet 10 which is interposed and fixed between the rear surface of the flexible substrate 2 of the antenna part 3 and the front surface of the antenna circuit part 5.
