PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail system capable of reducing server loads. SOLUTION: In the electronic mail system 1 including a server system 2 which performs electronic mail transmission/reception processing between a transmitter mail address in a transmitter terminal 3 which an electronic mail transmitter operates and a recipient mail address in a recipient terminal 4 which an electronic mail recipient operates, the server system 2 includes: a receiving part 21 which receives the transmitted electronic mail transmitted from the transmitter; an identifier addition part 23 which adds identification information corresponding to the recipient mail address to the received transmitted electronic mail; an electronic mail conversion processing part 24 which reads the identification information added to the transmitted electronic mail to perform predetermined processing according to the identification information to the transmitted electronic mail; and a transmitting part 25 which transmits the transmitted electronic mail to which the predetermined processing is performed to be transmitted to the recipient side terminal 4.
