PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that can suppress complexity of an unwanted radiation path of a printed board mounted with semiconductors and an influence of unwanted radiation, and can suppress an increase in cost. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device includes: a first logic circuit block 10 which operates at a first operating frequency or sampling frequency; a first power supply terminal 11 connected to the first logic circuit block 10 through first power supply wiring 12, and a first ground terminal 13 connected through first ground wiring 14; a second logic circuit block 20 which operates at a second operating frequency or sampling frequency different from the first operating frequency or sampling frequency; and a second power supply terminal 21 connected to the second logic circuit block 20 through second power supply wiring 22, and a second ground terminal 23 connected through second ground wiring 24.
