PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily understand electric power consumption during use and easily set and change an off timer. SOLUTION: A controller 4 provided in a power supply cord 1 for kotatsu includes: an indicator 7 for displaying electric power consumption of a heater unit 3; a set button 9 for selecting set time of the off timer to stop current carrying to a heater unit 7 at set time; and a time display part 8 for displaying the set time of the off timer.
