PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any disadvantage causing for a player and a game shop, and to improve service for the player even when several number of cards are issued for one player. SOLUTION: When a device corresponding to each table, which accepts a game medium associated with a currency or a valuable value and conducts a game-medium lending process, accepts an instruction for returning a recording medium, the recording medium is returned with the valuable value associated with a count value. It is determined that a first recording medium and a second recording medium are related to each other when predetermined conditions are met from the time the first recording medium is returned till the time the second recording medium is returned, and a management device stores the valuable value, the count value, and the determined result as the recording-medium information in association with a medium-identifier of the recording-medium.
