<p>Cooling and heating operations and the illumination of a ceiling by light emitting diode illumination devices (25) are performed utilizing radiation panels (4, 5, 6) which constitute the ceiling, and the light emitting diode illumination devices have an extended lifetime and improved light emitting efficiency. Arbitrary joints (9, 13) of joints (9, 11, 13, 15) between the radiation panels are provided with grooves (10, 14) recessed from the lower surface of the radiation panels and extending along the joints (9, 13), and the light emitting diode illumination devices (25) are removably mounted in the grooves (10, 14) at appropriate intervals.</p> |
