<p>Disclosed are a product sorting device, a product sorting method, and a computer program, wherein the standard deviation of variations in characteristic values and standard deviation of variations in measured values of products can be calculated in a short-time work without having to perform complicated work such as the removal of a measuring jig. Specifically disclosed is a product sorting device which is provided with a measurement unit (1), a sorting unit (3), a deemed standard deviation calculating unit (4), a re-sorting unit (5), a rank-by-rank estimated number calculating unit (6), and a standard deviation calculating unit (7). The standard deviation calculating unit (7) changes the variables in the probability distribution of deemed standard deviation in such a manner that the number of products (10) belonging to at least one rank, and the estimated number of products (10) belonging to the rank estimated by the rank-by-rank estimated number calculating unit (6) among a plurality of predetermined ranks which have been re-sorted at least once are approximately matched, and calculates the changed variables as the standard deviation of the variations in the characteristic values and standard deviation of the variations in the measured values of the products (10).</p> |
