MICROBIAL AGENT PS AND PSX FOR PREVENTING AND CURING SOIL-BORNE DISEASE OF PLANTS AND PREPARATION METHOD AND USE THEREOF

In the field of preventing and curing diseases in agriculture, the microbial agent PSX for preventing and curing soil-borne diseases of plants comprises Bacillus sp. strain PX35, Bacillus sp. strain SM21 and Serratia sp. strain XY21. The microbial agent PSX is manufactured by: performing vibrating culture in a PDA culture medium at 37°C and 180 rpm for 20-24 h, adding 4000 g, centrifuging for 10 min, collecting the stock liquor, preparing a bacterial preparing at a ratio of 1:40, and mixing at a ratio of 1:1:1 with a living bacteria concentration of 1 × 109-1 × 1012 cfu/ml. The microbial agent PSX is useful to preventing one or more soil-borne diseases in plant, and it has a preventative rate of 60-100% on root knot nematode disease, bacterial wilt, verticillium wilt and blight in vegetable and fruit, such as tomato, hot pepper, cucumber, towel gourd, watermelon and the like, and has a productivity increase of 30-200%. The microbial agent PSX also has a preventative rate of above 50% on banana fusarium wilt and paddy Rhizoctonia solani, and has a productivity increase of 20-80%. The PSX can also improve the problem of soil hardening.
