APPARATUS TO EASILY PHOTOGRAPH INVISIBLE IMAGE INHERENT ON SUBJECT WITH THE IMAGE OBSERVED AND METHOD OF MAKING USE OF SAME

[Object] There is provided an apparatus capable of easily shooting an invisible image (such as an invisible two-dimensional bar code) latent on an object indicated by a dotted line while observing the image. The operation of the apparatus is made intuitive and simple even for users unfamiliar with operation of a mobile phone and so on, such as by eliminating the need of adjusting the focus. [Solution] By operating a switch 18, an invisible image luminously visualized on an object can be easily shot while observing the position of the invisible image latent on the object. The apparatus includes a base body 12, a light-emitting body 15 that emits invisible light (black light), an observation window 13 that can take ambient light therein to allow direct observation of a visible image existing on the object and the luminously visualized invisible image therethrough, a mirror 16, and a camera 14 fixedly set with respect to the base body. The invisible image is reflected by the mirror 16. The camera 14 shoots a mapped image, from which the original invisible image can be reconstructed.
