PURPOSE: An electromagnetic brake with a rotation sensor is provided to automatically control a motor by sensing the number of rotations of a motor and stopping the motor. CONSTITUTION: A stator(1) comprises a spring and a coil connected to a lead line(21). A space maintaining ring(4) with a photo interrupter insertion groove(42) is combined between a fixed pressure plate(6) and a stator. The fixed pressure plate is combined with the stator while interposing the space maintaining ring by using a coupling bolt(111). The fixed pressure plate includes the photo interrupter insertion groove(61). An absorption steel plate(5) includes a rotation preventing protrusion(51) and a photo interrupter insertion groove(52) formed on the circumferential surface. A boss(9) is combined with the motor shaft by a set screw. A lining(7) is positioned between the absorption steel plate and the fixed pressure plate. A photo interrupter(8) generates a pulse by the light transmission hole of the rotating lining. |
