PURPOSE: A different kind material containing device with an air path block preventing unit is provided to form an air taking guiding unit in an air hole of an upper cap to supply oxygen through the air taking guiding unit even though an air path is blocked, thereby preventing an accident. CONSTITUTION: A different kind material containing device(1) with an air path block preventing unit includes a receiving unit(20), a discharging stand(40), and an upper cap(30). The receiving unit puts a different kind material in a main body. The discharging unit opens/closes a discharging hole around a bent part(11) of the main body. The upper cap is assembled around the bent part of the main body. An air hole prevent air paths of children from being blocked. An air taking guiding unit prevents an air hole from being blocked due to an air path of a human body.
