COMPOSITION OF COATING EXTRACT COMPRISING CUDRANIA TRICUSPIDATA LEAF AND SEA TANGLE FOR PREPARING GRAINS WITH WEIGHT LOSS EFFECT

PURPOSE: An anti-obesity cereal coating liquid composition containing cudrania tricuspidata leaves and sea tangles, is provided to prevent the obesity by coating the composition to cereals. CONSTITUTION: An anti-obesity cereal coating liquid composition is formed with 55~75wt% of cudrania tricuspidata leaves, and 25~45wt% of sea tangles. The composition additionally contains 10~20 parts of additive by weight selected from the group consisting of Cornus officinalis, Atractylodes japonica, ginseng, Cinnamomum cassia, Castanea crenata, Hoelen, Paeonia lactiflora, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Cnidium officinale, sea cucumber, Poria cocos, dates, and honey.
