Halogen-free derivatives of triazin and heptazin

Triazine or heptaazaphenalene compounds (I) or their polymer or oligomers, are new. Triazine or heptaazaphenalene compounds of formula (A-(B 1>) 3) (I) or their polymer or oligomers, are new. A : [1,3,5]triazin-2,4,6-yl or 1,3,4,6,7,9,9b-heptaaza-phenalen-2,5,8-yl; B 1>-OPR 1>R 2>R 3>R 4>, -OPOR 1>R 2>, -OTiR 1>R 2>R 3>, OAlR 1>R 2>, -OCaR 1>or -OMgR 1>; and R 1>-R 4>alkyl, aryl, alkyloxy, aryloxy (all optionally containing Si, N, S and/or O atoms), H or OH. Provided that: (I) excludes the combination of (I) with -OPOR 1>R 2>-, in which R 1>and R 2>is an alkyloxy residue. Independent claims are included for the preparations of (I).
