PURPOSE: A system and a method for restricting the official certificate use are provided to give authority about using official certificate to other user within a using range which applicant who is possessing official certificate desires, thereby preventing the abuse and misuse about the official certificate. CONSTITUTION: A user restriction service server(50) performs security cancel or setting about an official certificate by receiving use restriction data about the official certificate. A subscribing terminal(10) receives the official certificate from a certificate issuance server(40). The subscribing terminal transmits the data restricting usage to a usage restriction service server and receives a user restriction code. The using terminal(20) transmits the official certificate and the using restriction code and to receive permission about the official certificate from the usage restriction service server. |
