<p>PURPOSE: A supercritical fluid processing method for a porous metal-organic framework is provided to remarkably shorten a conventional severe chemical modification process and an activation/drying process. CONSTITUTION: A supercritical fluid processing method for a porous metal-organic framework comprises the following steps: charging the porous metal-organic framework into a sealed reactor(s10); supplying an activation solvent and supercritical carbon dioxide to the reactor consecutively, and discharging the activation solvent containing the supercritical carbon dioxide(s20,s30); supplying inert gas after stop supplying the activation solvent and the supercritical carbon dioxide to remove the activation solvent from the reactor(s40); and controlling the temperature and the pressure inside the reactor.</p> |
