PURPOSE: An EGS deep seawater geothermal power station construction system using public water surface seashore and a method thereof are provided to reduce drilling costs and improve generation efficiency and capacity. CONSTITUTION: An EGS deep seawater geothermal power station construction system using public water surface seashore(1) comprises an underground geothermal power generation room, a geothermal water production well, an injection well, an underground wellhead house(5), an underground deep seawater storage tank, an underground geothermal fluid storage tank, and a geothermal fluid and deep seawater pipe. The underground geothermal power generation room accepts geothermal power generator. The geothermal water production well and injection well are drilled in the seashore. The underground wellhead house accepts wellheads of the injection wells and production wells. The underground deep seawater storage tank and the underground geothermal fluid storage tank are installed in the optimum position of the seashore.
