<p>The thermal flow measuring device has two bolt casings (4,5) and two resistance thermometers (6,7). The former resistance thermometer is formed in a heatable manner. Each of the resistance thermometers has surfaces and other surfaces (10,11) opposite to the former surfaces. Distance pieces (12,13) are attached between the bolt casings and a surface of the resistance thermometer. Another surface of the resistance thermometer is partially covered by a filling material. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a temperature sensor, particularly for a thermal flow measuring device.</p> |
