PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a large sized glass bottom for storing fruit wine is provided to easily for a screw thread formed with a synthetic resin material for preventing the wine from spilling out. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a large sized glass bottom for storing fruit wine comprises the following steps: preparing a pair of molds(30) with a bottleneck forming portion(31) and a body forming portion(32); forming a molded product formed with a molded body portion and a molded bottleneck portion; cutting one side of the molded bottleneck portion; separating to molds and annealing the molded product; and preparing a screw thread cap formed with a synthetic resin material, and attaching the cap to the molded bottleneck portion to form a screw thread.
