摘要 PURPOSE: A customer supporting system on online service, and faq information management method on online service are provided to directly record questions of users and replies of manages comprised in Q/A service process to a FAQ(Frequency Asked Questions) DB, thereby sharing the relevant information with other users. CONSTITUTION: A question input unit(41) inputs questions from each user. A reply processing unit(42) processes to enable an administrator to input replies about the inputted questions. The reply processing unit transfers replies which administrator inputted to users. An agreement processor(43) receives agreement about whether to record the questions and the replies as FAQs. A FAQ searcher(45) refers to FAQ information saved in a FAQ database.
