PURPOSE: An image test device applied the wireless communications module is provided to receive bulk pattern data through the wireless LAN at high speed and use for the image test of the flat display panel. CONSTITUTION: An wireless communications module(150) communicates with the wireless AP connected to a control PC(300) and receives the pattern data used for image test of a flat display panel(200) in the wireless LAN. A micro control unit(140) controls the wireless communications module and receives the pattern data from the wireless communications module in the wireless lan. The micro control unit outputs the received test pattern data on the below CPLD with the image test control signal. A CPLD(120a) synchronizes about the pattern data in the reference timing of image to TTL signal of the high frequency. |
