<p>PURPOSE: A heat treatment apparatus is provided to transfer material having different diameters with transfer rollers arranged on rotary shafts by varying the interval between the rotary shafts. CONSTITUTION: A heat treatment apparatus(1) comprises a frame, a fixed base, a moving base, a first transfer roller(3), a second transfer roller, a driving part(21), a movement control part(11), and a heat treatment part. The fixed base is fixed to a side of the top of the frame. The moving base is placed on the other side of the top of the frame to move laterally and arranged separate from the fixed base. The first transfer roller is arranged on a first rotary shaft which is pivotally installed on the fixed base and revolves. The second transfer roller is arranged on a second rotary shaft which is pivotally installed on the moving base and corresponds to the first transfer roller. The driving part is connected to the first and the second rotary shaft and rotates the first and the second transfer roller. The movement control part screws the moving base to the frame so that the moving base is transferred laterally in the progressive direction of materials. The heat treatment part applies waves for heat treatment to the materials transferred through the first and the second transfer roller.</p> |
