EQUIPMENT AND METHOD FOR OBTAIN AN OIL FROM SYNTHETIC RESINS USING ROTARY KILN TYPE PYROLYSIS APPARATUS

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for consecutively obtaining the high-class oil from a waste synthetic resin by using the rotary kiln type pyrolysis device are provided to divide the disassembled pyrolysate through a plurality of rotary kiln type pyrolysis devices through the pyrolysate separator into the high-boiling pyrolysate and low boiling point pyrolysate. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for consecutively obtaining the high-class oil from the waste synthetic resin by using the rotary type pyrolysis device includes a rotary kiln type pyrolysis device(10), a pyrolysate separator(40), a CSTR type pyrolysis device, and a distillation tower(30). The pyrolysate separator devides melting and the disassembled first pyrolysate through the rotary kiln type pyrolysis device into the high-boiling pyrolysate and low boiling point pyrolysate. It provides the high-boiling pyrolysate separating through the pyrolysate separator and the CSTR type pyrolysis device is again thermally decomposed.
