PURPOSE: An exhaust gas filtering device is provided to prevent the damage of the exhaust gas filtering device by the increase of the pressure inside the device by the increase of particle materials. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust gas filtering device comprises the following: an outer case(120) connected to an exhaust pipe; a filtering unit stored in the inside of the outer case; a filtering path supplying exhaust gas to the filtering unit; a bypass formed in the inside of the outer case to discharge the exhaust gas; and a bypass flange(130) connecting the filtering path and the bypass. The filtering unit includes a porous tube(135), a filtering body(140), a first flange(150), a second flange(155), and a jacket(160) connecting the flanges.
