PURPOSE: The cure oven of a multiple compartment structure is provided to maximize operational efficiency and minimize failure rate by successively curing lead frames stored in a magazine according to adequate temperature. CONSTITUTION: A first cut line is formed on the bottom side of a chamber(100). A compartment(200) defines inside of the chamber into a plurality of spaces. A heating part(300) is arranged in each compartment in order to heat air in the compartment. A transporting part(400) includes a horizontal axis(410) and a transporter(430) combined with a motor(420). A shutter(210) is installed to the wall(150) of the compartment. |
