PURPOSE: An engine and exhaust acoustic occurrence system and a method and a storage medium are provided to help a user to recognize the speed of a vehicle through a sound by generating engine sound and exhaust sound according to the RPM of a motor. CONSTITUTION: A controller(10) senses the RPM of a motor. The controller transmits the information stored in a memory according to the RPM of the motor. A memory(40) stores a control program and engine sound/exhaust sound. A memory stores the control program for the operation of controller and engine sound / exhaust sound. A sound generator(20) receives information from the controller to drive it. A speaker(30) outputs the engine sound / exhaust sound from the operation of the sound generator.
