PURPOSE: A waterproof sheet and a construction method thereof are provided to use central base member, which non-woven fabric and aluminum are welded, to prevent torn of and pop up of a water layer due to cracking and twisting phenomenon and shrinking and expanding of concrete structure, which the waterproof layer is formed. CONSTITUTION: A waterproof sheet has a overlap unit(8). The overlap unit has rubberized asphalt waterproof layer each on up-and-down both sides of central base member(3), which polyester non-woven fabric(1) and an aluminum foil(2) are laminated, and has surface layer(6,7), which each silica is sprayed, in an external side of up-and-down rubberized asphalt waterproof layer. The overlap unit does not have epidermal layer with 10cm width in one side part of the upper rubberized asphalt waterproof layer. The method for constructing the waterproof sheet includes as follows; a step of spraying polymer on a concrete structure surface, a step of spraying the waterproofing agent on a sprayed polymer, a step of constructing by overlapping one side of neighboring waterproof sheet to be overlapped on a overlap unit at between the neighboring waterproof sheet although attaching the waterproof sheet(S) by unfolding from one side on upper surface of waterproofing agent.
