LOW DROP-OUT VOLTAGE REGULATOR

PURPOSE: A low drop-out a voltage regulator is provided to reduce a mounting time by a pus pull buffer to a feedback loop. CONSTITUTION: A control transistor(MC) has a gate. A control voltage is applied to the gate. The control transistor is connected between an output terminal and a bias node. A current source is connected between the bias node and the ground. The current source biases the control transistor. An error amplifier(141) regulates the voltage of the output terminal and controls the amount of current flowing in the control transistor. The error amplifier comprises a push-pull buffer(142).
