PURPOSE: A slide/circular motion type opening/closing device and a portable electronic apparatus utilizing the same are provided to enable smooth opening/closing operation by opening and closing a cover of the electronic device along a curved line. CONSTITUTION: A slide circular movement-type opening/closing apparatus comprises an eccentric rotating unit(110) and a slide circular movement unit(150). The eccentric rotating unit includes a hinge unit(112), and the slide circular movement unit is coupled to the eccentric rotating unit. If the eccentric rotating unit moves eccentrically in relation to a hinge unit, the slide circular movement unit allows the relative rotation of the eccentric rotating unit and performs circular movement in relation to the hinge unit.
