VECTOR FOR PLANT TRANSFORMATION, TRANSGENIC PLANT, METHOD FOR PLANT TRANSFORMATION AND DETERMINING METHOD OF GENOTYPE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A carrier for plant transformation and a transformation method using the same are provided to early determine plant transformant without harm to human body and environment. CONSTITUTION: A carrier for plant transformation contains two genes encoding bHLH and MYB transcription factor. The genes are B-peru, TT8, JAF13, or DELILA and cPAP1D, ANT, AN2, or Rosea1. A plant is transformed by introducing two genes to a plant cell by mediating the carrier for plant transformation. A method for determining genotype of the plant comprises: a step of introducing the genes to the plant cells; a step of injecting the genes to a offspring plant; and a step of confirming synthesis of anthocyanin.
