Offshore structure comprising an outer hull having longitudinal sides and at least one fairlead located adjacent a longitudinal side, and a hook, connected to the structure and located inboard relative to the fairlead and being displaced along the hull longitudinally from the fairlead, such that an angle of displacement between a tangent to the outer hull at the centre of the fairlead and the hook, is less than or equal to 45°.
