<p>The method involves inserting textile layers (4, 8) into a tool mold. A foam-impermeable barrier layer (5) is applied on to a side of the textile layers, where the side faces a cavity of the tool mold. A foamable and hardenable material is introduced, and a cushion part (1) is subsequently removed from the tool mold. A set of elongated cavity-shaped support structures is attached between the textile layers and the barrier layer, where the support structures are made of wires. The wires are wounded in longitudinal direction in a spiral shape or meander-shape.</p> |
