CONSTITUTION: Portable curling-tongs comprise: a lower main body(10) in which a lower cover is accepted; an upper main body(20) in which an upper cover is accepted; a heater(30) which is oppositely installed in one side of the cover; and a stopper(40) passing through each cover. The other side of each main body is connected to an elastic member and is pivoted at a certain interval from the elastic member. The stopper installed to be reciprocated.
