<p>The device has two distinct flexible membranes (10, 11) that are stacked and simultaneously deformable, where a temperature deformation of the device is obtained by deformation of one of the membranes. Each membrane is made of flexible metallic material e.g. aluminum, non-metallic material or bimetallic material. The membranes are assembled by screwing, brazing, thermal bonding or electrical soldering. Each membrane includes a central zone and a peripheral zone, where the central zones and the peripheral zones permit thermal and mechanical coupling of the membranes. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a thermo-compensated technology filter comprising a flexible cover device (2) a thermo-compensated technology output multiplexer comprising a flexible cover device.</p> |
