PURPOSE: A circuit for inputting digital signal is provided to exactly input an external signal by setting a reference voltage in a comparator to limit a signal. CONSTITUTION: An insulating part(210) isolates a signal which is supplied from the outside. An input signal comparison unit(220) compares the output signal of the insulating part with a reference voltage which is set by the comparison unit. The input signal comparison unit converts the output signal of the insulating part into a digital signal. A signal transmission part(230) transmits the output signal of the input signal comparison unit to a controller inside a system.
