PURPOSE: A form of a single face wall for an apartment house is provided to reduce manufacturing costs and construction time by simultaneously installing a concrete placing plate and a steel bar assembly. CONSTITUTION: A form of a single face wall for an apartment house comprises a concrete placing plate(20), a steel bar assembly(30), a supporter(40), and a connection unit. The concrete placing plate is formed in a flat plate shape. The steel bar assembly is formed by assembling horizontal steel bars and longitudinal steel bars and is fixed to one side of the concrete placing plate. The supporter is fixed to the other side of the concrete placing plate. The connection unit fixes the steel bar assembly to the concrete placing plate.
