PURPOSE: An ULVAC(Ultimate in Vacuum) flying vehicle is provided to suspend in an ULVAC state at an altitude of 50km or less above the ground without energy supply. CONSTITUTION: An ULVAC flying vehicle is capable of floating in the stratopause and staying in an ULVAC state, and comprises a nuclear warhead(1) and a magnetic field monitoring device(2). When a conductor, a non-conductor or a semiconductor approaches to the ULVAC flying vehicle, the magnetic field monitoring device detects a change in the magnetic field and the nuclear warhead is exploded.
