PURPOSE: A hi-pass card charging and vending machine is provided to cost effectively expand the supply of hi-pass cards by installing manless hi-pass card charging and vending machines. CONSTITUTION: A card issuing unit(20) issues a new hi-pass card according to the request of a user. An internal charging unit(30) charges the requested amount of money in the new high-pass card. An external charging unit(40) includes a card loading unit(42) and charges the requested amount of money in a pre-issued hi-pass card. A payment type authenticating unit(50) authenticates payment types for the charging money or the issuing money. A receipt providing unit(60) provides receipt with respect to the payment. |
