PURPOSE: A phase changeable drug delivery material for improvement of osseo-integration on dental implant and a dental implant design by the same are provided to be more safe and effective by giving the physical safety in an initial implant and reproducing and fusing the smooth bone tissue on a surface of plant surrounded from neighboring bone tissue at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A phase changeable drug delivery material for improvement of osseo-integration on dental implant and a dental implant design by the same improves the fixing strength of an initial implant by maximizing the effect of bone fusing due to drug-releasing, which has improvement of bone fusing and removal of active oxygen type from a drug carrier body existing inside or outside by physical impact after the implant as an object. The drug carrier is a method by a signal or mixture of the random copolymer capable of being comprising with a Poly(D,L-lactide-co-ε-caprolactone) or Poly(D,L-lactide-coglycolide). A molecular weight(Mw) is 20,000~850,000, the weight percent including D-lactide and L-lactide based on 1:1 is respectively caprolactone is 0.1~30% and glycolide is 0.1~30%.
