PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production apparatus for a car interior material with a skin which can simply be positioned and a production method. SOLUTION: A substrate 2 molded in advance in a prescribed shape is set in a lower jig 7, the positioned skin 3 is set on the side of an upper jig 10, and the skin 3 is stuck to the substrate 2 by closing both jigs together. When the skin 3 is set in the upper jig 10, the skin 3, a design part 4 is positioned loosely (fixed temporarily) by a pin member 17. In this state, the situation of the design part 4 can be seen from the outside through a transparent channel part 16.
