The seat (1) has a seat part (2) and a backrest (3) that are movable about a recliner (5) relatively to each other. The seat part and the backrest are connected by an additional component i.e. connecting element (7). A locking element (8) i.e. locking hook, directly or indirectly locks the additional component at a body of a vehicle. The recliner controls a position of the locking element occasionally. The locking element is provided at a body-firm connecting element (4) and cooperates with a locking counterpart (7.2) in a locking manner.
