<p>A time slot allocation method in a Time Division Multiple Access communication system is provided. An access point in the communication system broadcasts time slot allocation message to n associated stations STA1 to STA n. The time slot allocation message includes the initial time of the time slot allocation, allocated time slot number of STA1, sum of time slot number of STA1 and STA2, sum of time slot number of STA1 to STA3, ..., and sum of time slot number from STA1 to STA n. Upon receipt of the above information, each station can efficiently obtain the starting time and duration of the allocated time for communication.</p> |
