DETECTION SYSTEM FOR DEMINERALIZATION OF DENTAL HARD TISSUES AND METHOD

PURPOSE: A system and a method for detecting the demineralization of dental hard tissues are provided to distinguish the density difference of dental hard tissues by reconstructing a radiograph through rescaling using a reference material. CONSTITUTION: A rescaling module(310) rescales a plurality of X-ray spectrums radiated to dental hard tissues through an x-ray device and a filter. An index sequence module(320) rearranges the image information according to the optical density size on a radiograph by using the spectrum image information obtained by the rescaling as index. A display module(330) displays the rearranged image information. A noise removing module(340) removes a background noise to improve the accuracy of the rescaling.
