PURPOSE: An electrolyzed water producing apparatus and an operation method thereof are provided to simply and effectively produce strongly acidic hypochlorous acid water, weakly acidic hypochlorous acid water, and strongly alkaline electrolyzed water. CONSTITUTION: An electrolyzed water producing apparatus comprises the following: a first inlet(111) and a second inlet(112) for inputting water to be electrolyzed; an electrolyzing tank(110) including a first electrolyzed water discharging pipe(115) discharging electrolyzed alkaline electrolytic water, and a second electrolyzed water discharging pipe(116) discharging electrolyzed acid electrolytic water; a negative electrode connected with the first inlet; a positive electrode connected with the second inlet; an ion permeable partition wall(140); and a control valve(117) controlling the flow amount of the first electrolyzed water discharging pipe. |
