<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water ingress in an ignition switch without increasing the operational torque in a vehicular steering locking device in which an inner cylinder having a key insertion hole is turnably supported, an accommodation chamber with a bulkhead provided on a body being interposed between an ignition switch and itself is formed in a casing including at least a body having the ignition switch to change the switching mode according to the turn of the inner cylinder, and a locking member to change the permission and prevention of the turning operation according to the turn of the inner cylinder is connected to the inner cylinder in the storage chamber. <P>SOLUTION: A flange part 46 having the diameter larger than that of a through hole 43 formed in a bulkhead 26 to allow an inner cylinder 14 to pass therethrough is provided on the inner cylinder 14 facing the bulkhead 26 in a storage chamber 23 between a locking member 16 and the bulkhead 26.
