<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic reduction system capable of reducing a high load due to traffic on a network. <P>SOLUTION: A log collecting device 10 detects a high load time period when the network 60 becomes a high load due to traffic. A router 40 receives from a terminal device 21 a content ID showing content held by a terminal device 20, and changes the destination of the content ID to be transmitted from the terminal device 20 to a representative distributing device 31 to transmit the content ID if the time when the content ID is received is within the high load time period detected by the log collecting device 10 and also if the destination of request data is the terminal device 20. When the representative distributing device 31 receives the content ID from the router 40, the representative distributing device 31 transmits content shown by the received content ID to the terminal device 21 through the router 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
