METHOD FOR GENERATING SECURITY KEY FOR SECURE S/W AND TERMINAL DEVICE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A security key production method and a terminal applying the same using a storage medium are provided to efficiently prevent illegal copy of software by generating a security key to a removable storage media and an embedded storage media. CONSTITUTION: A controller(130) acquires first information from a removable storage media through an interface(160). The controller generates a security key by using the first and the second information. If a non-volatile security key is generated, the controller generates the non-volatile security key without the restriction of the use and software execution period. If a volatile security key is generated, the controller generates the volatile security key with the restriction of the use and software execution period.
