PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a squid-shaped cake by adding a squid extract and lactobacillus, is provided to extend the expiration date for the snack. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a squid-shaped cake comprises the following steps: mixing flour, eggs, water, a squid extract, and a seasoning solution; aging the mixture inside a refrigerator for 4 hours; molding the aged mixture into a squid shape; and baking the molded mixture with an oven.
