PURPOSE: A powder mixing device is provided to have an accelerator between a rotation shaft rotating an impeller and a motor to comprise to control rotation speed of a rotation shaft. CONSTITUTION: A powder mixing apparatus(100) is comprised of a receiving part(210) accepting powder by being installed to upper part of the base, a mixing unit(310) mixing the powder accepted to the receiving part, and a motive supply unit(410) supplying power to operate a mixing unit. A receiving unit has main body(212) including a accepting hole(214) to open both sides to inner side and an inserting hole(218) to upper part and a discharging hole(220) to lower part, a first cover member(216) having a handle(216a) in one side, a second cover(217) member having a penetrating hole in another side(217a), a door which one part is hinge-fixed to a main body but covers a discharging hole, and a discharging hole(222) which is protruded to lower part of the main body but covers the discharging hole.
