PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing the scale of a pipe, which prevents the moving backward of a clamped flexible wire, is provided to smoothly perform a scale removing task by automatically cancel a clamped flexible wire. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for removing the scale of a pipe comprises a motor, a housing(32), a flywheel(33), a rotating tool(35), a collet chuck(36), a connector(41) and a separation member. A rotating tool is supported with a bearing(34). The rotating tool is connected to the flywheel. The connector is installed inside the rotating tool. One end of connector is connected to the collet chuck. The separation member is composed of a moving disc, a projection, a turning unit, a gliding hole and a leaf spring.
