A face of the element opposite to the outer surface of the wall has a groove connected to the outer surface by through passages at locations provided for the knobs. The knobs originate from a synthetic material filler (20) projecting from the outer surface. The knobs are connected to each other and to a synthetic material strand via the passages. The strand is held on bottom of the groove.
